1. Information We Collect and Legal Basis
To operate matching services effectively, we need to collect the following information.
- Contact information: phone number and email address.
- Basic personal information: birth date, month, and year for age assessment, height, and weight.
- Sensitive data: Nationality and Citizenship are considered sensitive personal data under Section 26 of the PDPA. The Platform will collect them based on the exceptions under (3) and (5) for clear and appropriate purposes, such as nationality matching or compliance with foreign labor laws.
- Location data: only district and province level, balancing privacy with useful local search.
- Presentation media: profile images and videos uploaded for display.
2. Purposes of Data Use
- To display basic information so clubs and players can discover and match with each other appropriately.
- To use phone numbers or email addresses for necessary service communication or account management.
- To support safety, trust, and fraud prevention, especially club verification.
3. Disclosure to Third Parties
- We will never sell or rent your personal data to third parties for advertising.
- Profile data such as height, weight, images, district location, and basic football-related information will be publicly displayed for the purpose of consideration and recruitment, in accordance with the platform's objectives.
- Sensitive information, such as phone numbers, email addresses, and verification details, will initially be kept confidential and will not be disclosed publicly, unless the user voluntarily provides such information for ease of communication.
- Data may be transferred to or processed by necessary Data Processors, such as cloud database providers, with legally appropriate security standards.
4. Data Security
We use appropriate technical and administrative measures to protect personal data from loss, unauthorized access, modification, or disclosure, in accordance with Section 37(1) of the PDPA. However, no system is 100% secure, and users must also keep their passwords safe.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy
The platform reserves the right to update this policy from time to time when necessary, such as changes to what we collect or how we use data. We will notify you at least 30 days in advance via email and in-platform notifications. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated policy.
