Terms and Conditions

PR3PLAY acts only as an "Intermediary" that facilitates discovery and contact between football players and club representatives. The platform is not responsible for agreements, contracts, employment, physical safety, or disputes that occur between users outside the platform.

2.1 Player side: Users must provide truthful information. Intentionally submitting false or deceptive information, or impersonating another person, may violate the Computer - Related Crime Act B.E. 2550 and its amendments B.E. 2560, Section 14(1).

2.1.1 Age requirements: For users under 20 years old, Thai law recognizes legal adulthood at 20 under The Thai Civil and Commercial Code (CCC), Section 19. PR3PLAY additionally requires users under 20 to obtain consent from a legal representative before registering, creating a profile, and accepting these terms, consistent with Section 21 of The Thai Civil and Commercial Code (CCC) and Section 20 of the PDPA.

Users under 15 years old may register to display a profile, but the system will not approve identity verification until they turn 15, to align with labor protection laws and reduce legal transaction risk.

2.2 Club side: Every club, professional or amateur, must pass PR3PLAY verification before using player approach features.

2.3 Account responsibility: Users must keep their passwords secure. Any action performed through your account is deemed your own action and may carry legal responsibility.

• 3.1 Players may create profiles and receive approaches for free with no monthly fee.
• 3.2 Clubs receive a limited quota for messages and approaches. If the quota is used, clubs may choose to pay for additional quota through month-to-month packages. This is not currently available.
• 3.3 No auto-renewal: the system will not automatically charge cards or bill the following month, for maximum transparency.

4.1 Profiles and media: Uploaded images or videos must belong to you. Pornographic content or edited images that shame another person are prohibited under applicable law.

4.2 Inbox and transaction prohibition: Text messages may be used only for preliminary contact and negotiation. The following are strictly prohibited:

• No financial transactions: do not solicit financial transactions through the platform, including advance tryout fees, deposits, or requests for bank account or credit card information.
• No spam: do not send spam, chain messages, sales messages, threats, or sexually harassing messages.

4.3 Account enforcement: PR3PLAY reserves the right to suspend, ban, or delete accounts that violate these terms, engage in scams, or create legal risk, and may cooperate with law enforcement when legally requested.

5.1 Users may report issues or disputes through the Contact Us page, the in-platform Report button or ticket system, or support.preplay@gmail.com with supporting evidence. The team aims to respond within 5 business days after receiving the complaint. This is a service-level target, not a contractual obligation.

1. Receive and acknowledge the complaint.
2. Notify the accused user and allow them to explain within a defined period.
3. Collect and review evidence from both sides neutrally.
4. Issue a decision and inform both parties.

5.3 If a violation is confirmed, PR3PLAY may issue a written warning, temporarily suspend the account, or permanently ban the account without prior notice in serious or repeated cases. Suspended users may appeal via support.preplay@gmail.com within 15 days of notice.

5.4 These terms are governed by Thai law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by negotiation shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bangkok.

The platform is only a medium connecting users and will not be liable for direct or indirect damages arising from user violations, including financial solicitation, transfers, or disclosure of financial information between users.

If the platform is legally liable, liability is limited to the amount of service fees actually paid by the user during the 3 months before the incident. This limitation does not apply to intentional misconduct or gross negligence under Section 373 of The Thai Civil and Commercial Code.

Player profile creation and receiving approaches are free. PR3PLAY does not charge players monthly membership fees under any circumstances.

• Clubs approaching players under 18 must inform the guardian first. Material negotiations such as trials, joining a team, or signing any agreement must be acknowledged and consented to by the minor's legal representative.
• Clubs must not arrange private meetings with minors without a guardian present.
• PR3PLAY reserves the right to limit minor profile visibility to verified clubs only.
• If PR3PLAY detects or receives a report of conduct that violates a minor's rights or causes risk to a minor, PR3PLAY will suspend the account immediately and coordinate with relevant authorities as required by law.

By uploading videos, images, or other content to the platform, users grant PR3PLAY a license to display, resize, and store that content solely for platform purposes.

This license ends immediately when the user deletes the account or when the data is successfully deleted from the system at the data owner's request.

PR3PLAY reserves the right to amend, add to, or change these terms. Notice will be provided through the registered email address or in-platform notifications.

For existing users, changes take effect no less than 30 days after announcement. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance. Users who do not accept may request account cancellation at support.preplay@gmail.com before the effective date.

For users who register after the announcement date, the amended terms apply immediately upon registration.

The platform will not be considered in breach and will not be liable for delay, interruption, or service failure caused by events reasonably outside its control, including natural disasters, government action, legal orders, technology infrastructure failures, or cyberattacks beyond what industry-standard security measures can prevent, with reference to Sections 8 and 205 of The Thai Civil and Commercial Code (CCC).

If a force majeure event occurs, the platform will notify users as soon as reasonably possible and will restore service promptly after the event ends.
